The wigs can't be put on the toddler's bald head just like that, they slide off. So this is what I came up with to make them work as changeable wigs: I made some small caps of fabric and glue and glued the wigs on them. First I wrapped the toddler's head with cling film and then with some fabric using a rubber band to keep it tight. Then I covered the top of the head with glued and let it dry. I repeated putting glue on and let it dry until it became a little hard shell. I carefully removed it from the doll and cut the cap in shape with a pair of scissors. First I glued the front part of the wig to the cap and after it had dried I glued the rest of the wig on using pins to keep it in place while drying. So now the wig can be placed on the toddler's head but to keep it on I'll use a small amount of poster putty that won't damage either the doll's head nor the cap. Keep the caps with the wigs in a box when not used on the doll so they don't break because they are very brittle.
