Returns Policy

If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, we accept returns of all products as long as they are in their original unspoilt packaging and in a saleable condition. You will be reponsible for the cost of retuning it to us and we will refund the purchase price of the product as soons as we receive it back. If the product is not received in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and you will have to pay for its return to you.
If it was damaged in transit from you to us then we will inform you and will hold onto the product for you to claim against the courier company or postal service, or if you wish to pay for its return we will post it back to you.

If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please send it back to us by the best value service available and we will replace the item and refund your return postage to us.
